Keith Jack Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining the Keith Jack Affiliate Program.
By participating, you (“affiliate”) agree to these Terms & Conditions with Keith Jack (“we”, “us”,
“keithjack.com”). If you do not agree, you may not participate.

1. Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion without
explanation.

2. Affiliate Links & Promotion
 Affiliate links are automatically generated; you may also create product-specific links
 The most recent referral link clicked will be credited
 Affiliates may receive a unique coupon code (if assigned in dashboard)
 No double commissions: if both link and coupon are used, only one applies
 Unassigned coupon codes may not be promoted
You may promote Keith Jack via approved channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
YouTube, blogs, and offline media, provided all marketing is truthful and brand aligned.

3. Commissions & Payment
 15% commission (Gift Card) or 10% commission (PayPal)
 One payment method per account only
Commission is based on order value excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and additional fees.
Payment Terms:
 Paid approximately 35 days after purchase (to allow for our 30-day return policy)
 Only completed, non-refunded orders qualify
 Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks void commissions
 Affiliates must provide accurate payment details
We reserve the right to review all referred transactions. Commission and payment status are
available in your dashboard.

4. Marketing Materials
Approved banners, logos, and assets may be provided for promotional use via the affiliate
dashboard.

6. Tracking & Cookies
 Referrals are tracked via cookies
 If cookies are disabled or cleared, tracking may not be possible
 Cookie duration is defined at signup
 Purchases within the cookie window are attributed to the affiliate

7. Removal
You may leave the program anytime by contacting sales@keithjack.com.
We may remove affiliates at our discretion.

8. Program Changes & Cancellation
We may modify or cancel the program at any time.
If the program is discontinued:
 All valid commissions will be paid in full per standard payment terms
 No commissions will accrue after termination

9. General
Affiliates must not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical practices.
We may update these terms at any time.
